Our experience includes the creation, operation, growth and sale of a nationally ranked Top-10 rehab company and a respected national private practice network.

Performance Builders' Founder and President is Bob Wiersma. His professional credentials include Licensure in Physical Therapy, Board Certifications in both Ergonomics and Human Factors Engineering, and Fellow in Applied Functional Science. His professional career spans over 3 decades and includes clinical, management, executive, consulting, ownership, and board roles with for-profit and not-for-profit national and international organizations. His expertise and experience lay at the intersection of leadership, strategy, innovation, performance, and entrepreneurism. Bob is a seasoned and skilled healthcare executive with extensive business and technical experience.

The Performance Builders® logo is inspired by the arrow head that caps trend lines shown on business performance graphs. It testifies to the achievement and trajectory of high performers. It embraces favorable efforts from the past and points the way toward an ever brighter future. We begin with that end in mind.

It is the goal of Performance Builders to always position our Clients for achievement by provoking the promise and potential that lay at the soul of their business and being.

The logo contains two intersecting lines. The vertical line points upward toward our primary focus - "U". The horizontal line represents our second priority - the performance of your bottom line.

The Performance Builders logo is a constant reminder of the path we choose to travel. That is, a path upward and toward the right - toward superior performance and integrity in business and in life.

It is the intent of Performance Builders to always travel the path of integrity in our relationships, our work, and our service. We know it to be a path upon which we can never become lost.

The red color of our logo is a reminder that attitudes, behaviors, and service are matters of the heart. We choose to be people of passion. The gradient shadow cutting through the center of the Performance Builders name is a reminder of life's choice to either cast shadows or to reflect The Light. We choose to reflect The Light.
